Return policy

Handmade to order

Our DIY incense kits are handmade to order. We do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

If your kit arrives damaged, is the wrong item or has a fault, contact us with your order reference, a description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.

We will help you resolve the problem, including any replacement, return or refund required by applicable law. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. For damage during delivery, we can also help coordinate with the carrier.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your order or delivery details. We will check what is possible based on its preparation and dispatch status. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

Privacy policy

Information we use

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your delivery address and any delivery instructions you provide.
• Your cart, checkout details, order and payment status.
• Website usage and measurement information, where your privacy choices allow it.

Why we use it

We use these details to process orders, arrange delivery, provide order updates, respond to questions and help with unfinished checkouts. Order and checkout records are managed through our Booker system.

Services involved in your order

• Xendit: processes payments on its hosted payment page. Enter card details there; please do not send them to us by email or WhatsApp.
• Google Maps: provides address suggestions. Text entered into the address search is sent to Google to find matching addresses. You can choose manual address entry instead.
• Pos Indonesia: receives the recipient and delivery details needed to deliver your order.
• Hosting and order services: support our website and order records, including Firebase and Booker.

These services also handle information under their own privacy policies: Xendit and Google.

Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage to keep your cart and support checkout. Where enabled by your privacy choices, analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and Meta, help us understand visits and conversions. Your choices are available through the website’s consent controls.

Your information and requests

We keep information for order fulfilment, customer support and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, a correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask how it is used. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an outstanding order issue.

Terms & conditions

Kit orders and delivery

• Kit shipping is currently available within Indonesia.
• Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Shipping is included in the kit price.
• Kits are handmade to order in Ubud, Bali and ship in 10 days. This is the dispatch time; delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.
• Check your contact details, complete address and delivery instructions before ordering.

Payment

Payments are processed by Xendit. The fee for your selected payment method is added to your order and shown before you continue to payment. Pay within the expiry period shown on the Xendit page. A cart or unpaid payment link does not mean payment has been completed.

Making and using incense

Follow the kit tutorial and allow your handmade incense to dry fully before burning. Use a suitable heat-resistant holder in a ventilated space, keep it away from children, pets and flammable materials, and never leave burning incense unattended. Natural ingredients do not make smoke harmless; stop use if you experience irritation.
